How to care the Hair weft?

Hair weft is the classical and traditional hair extensions, which also can be called hair weaving. There are machine-made and hand-tied hair wefts, hair weaving, which can be graded into different qualities for different customers’ requirement. The weft can be cut several strands of the hair in order to tie to the customers’ head; they can make the hair lengthen, flowing and elegant.

How many hair you need depends on how many tracks you have. For example: If I need hair to my chin and I wanted hair to my bra line (about 18″ long) I might need 5 or 6 tracks/wefts depending upon my current haircut. If I had hair to my shoulders that was thin and stringy and I wanted it thicker and more luscious but the same length I might need 2 or 3 (or more) tracks/wefts. Once the tracks are done, the wefts are sewn to them and then your own crown area hair is blended with and combed over the extensions.

The Extensions should not be any lower than the base of your scalp (about even with the middle of your ears) and so your hair under this point covers the extensions while you wear it in pigtails, ponytails, French twists, etc.

Hair weft usually need be cared seriously. How to care the hair weft? Generally, the below method is good what we have tested.

1. Wash hair with lukewarm water.

2. Use mild shampoo & conditioner

3. Brush gently with your fingers, working your way up from bottom to top (Do not rub or twist hair)

4. Rinse thoroughly

5. Let hair dry naturally

Fill a large bowl or a sink with room-temperature water. Place the ends of the hair extensions in the water and drape the weft base over the side of the bowl or sink. Keeping the base dry will ensure that you get many more applications out of the extensions. Wash each hair weft separately with a mild shampoo to avoid tangling.
